This program is designed to provide free use of computers and broadband access to people living in disadvantaged communities.
This will assist in bridging the technological gap, while providing access to jobs, computer training, and educational opportunities, all for free.
This program is made possible in part through a Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce.
